Online payment can be made through this website using Paypal. Alternatively, postal payment can be made by cheque (made payable to Claire Vize) and sent to;

Postage

All jewellery is well packaged and posted via Royal Mail 1st Class (or equivalent International service).

Postage is free of charge within the UK. For International postage rates, please contact me for a quote.

Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, returns are accepted within 14 days if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. Items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging for a full refund. Please contact me if you wish to return an item.

Although all jewellery is well packaged, occasionally items may be damaged in the post. In the event of an item being delivered damaged, a full refund will be given on return of the damaged jewellery and original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

General

Due to the nature of the small parts in jewellery, non of the items available on this website are suitable for very young children unless otherwise stated.

All jewellery fittings and chains are silver plated unless stated otherwise. Other materials used in the jewellery include glass, acrylic, polymer clay, resin & mixed metals. If you suffer from any allergies to the materials likely to be found in jewellery, please contact me for a detailed description of the contents of a specific item.
